Surveillance Camera Troubleshooting

Camera Not Powering On

  • Check if the power adapter is properly connected

  • Verify power supply voltage

  • Try a different power source or adapter

  • Ensure PoE switch/injector is functioning (for PoE cameras)

No Video / Black Screen

  • Check cable connections (LAN / coaxial)

  • Ensure the camera is added correctly to NVR or app

  • Confirm correct channel selection

  • Restart the camera and NVR

Camera Offline in Mobile App

  • Check internet connectivity

  • Ensure Wi-Fi signal strength is strong

Poor Image Quality / Blurry Video
