Warranty Details
We thank you for having purchased this BotX AI Tech Product and are sure you will enjoy it. In the event of your product requiring service, please contact the nearest BotX AI Tech Authorised Service Centre .
In case there is no such service centre in your city, please contact our Service No. (7870636677) for assistance. We advise that you read the instruction manual carefully.
Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product
- Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a BotX AI Tech team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by BotX AI Tech.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
- A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
- Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
Product Pricing
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.

- Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

Out of Stock situations
- Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery of products
- Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
- Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
- Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
- We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
- All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
- In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
Delivery Charges
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Note: BotX AI Tech warrantees the product to be free from manufacturing defects. This non-transferable warranty is only for the first end user. BotX AI Tech will repair the product on the terms and conditions below :
- Warranty will be valid only when original Purchase Invoice are presented for service.
- BotX AI Tech reserves the right to decline warranty service.
- This Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorised adaptations or adjustments to the product.
- This Warranty will be Void if the type or serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.
- This Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connection of the product to equipment not approved by BotX AI Tech and deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third party apparatus/equipment or the use of third party software.
- This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond BotX AI Tech control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorised agent.
- This Warranty does not cover liability for loss of data, recorded image/s and/or business opportunity loss. If during the repair the content of the hard drive/ memory are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, BotX AI Tech shall not be responsible.
- BotX AI Tech reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned part.
- This Warranty shall not affect consumer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian Laws, nor the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales / purchase of the product.
Care and Maintenance
Care and maintenance of video surveillance system is key to longevity and success of the system. With some small guidelines and tips you can ensure your system keeps on performing as desired. This section discusses few vital points:
General Maintenance
Preventive measures have to be taken to ensure your cabling and equipment from birds and rodents. Since birds, rodents, and insects can all detrimentally affect security video deployments. Small birds and can find cable insulation to make good nest material and rodents can damage them without you noticing it. Besides this, spiders often like to build webs over the camera housing’s faceplate. Wasps and bees have also built small nests in fixed camera housings. In winter, cameras can be a nice place to get warm.
Outdoor camera and housing require regular inspection and cleaning. Dirt or dust on a PTZ dome can cause the camera’s autofocus function to focus on the dome itself, which often blurs the image. Light from internal camera infrared illuminators (usually a ring of infrared LEDs) is reflected back into the camera’s sensor even by very light accumulations of dust or dirt on the camera’s dome or housing faceplate.
Thus, the dome of the camera must be cleaned inside and out at frequent intervals, as dust or dirt on either side will reduce the clarity of the image. These cleaning tips also apply to indoor cameras, although they generally don’t get as dirty as outdoor cameras:
If there is a significant amount of dry dirt or sand on the outside of the camera housing and/or dome, use a dry soft brush to gently brush it; or use a can of compressed air to blow the dust off, being careful not to be too close to the camera as too much air pressure can push the dirt into the dome, creating scratches.
Remove the dome (or open the housing) to access the inside of the dome and use a micro-fiber cloth to remove any dirt or dust buildup.
If there is a significant accumulation of dirt or grease on the dome, wash it in warm soapy water and dry it with a micro-fiber cloth (do not use paper towels which may scratch the dome). Clean the rest of the camera, inspecting closely for insect eggs or spider webs.
More tips:
- Clean the exterior of the enclosure using a soft brush, air can or damp cloth. For greasy accumulations, use warm soapy water and dry off the housing with a micro-fiber cloth.
- Open the enclosure and inspect it closely for insect eggs, spider webs or nest material. Clean the inside of the housing with a soft brush, air can, or damp cloth — taking care not to rub dirt onto the camera itself, especially the lens.
- Check the wiring in the enclosure to ensure its insulation is intact and has not deteriorated for any reason, correcting any problem found.
Once in a while, you may find that a lens has a fingerprint or other smudge. Use a lens-cleaning pen or cloth, as ordinary cleaning materials may scratch the lens or damage protective coatings.
